Lazăr Real Estate has built a 23,000sqm "built-to-suit" warehouse for Corteva Agriscience, an investment of 15 million euros. The warehouse is strategically located in the village of Șindrilița, 6 km away from the current Corteva production plant and 14 km from the Bucharest ring road, benefiting from easy access to the regions of Muntenia, Dobrogea and Moldova, the most developed in terms of agriculture.

In the spring of 2022, in response to the dynamics of the logistics sector, but also to the robust demand resulting from the response to consumer behavior during 2020-2021, we accelerated the process of expanding the Bucharest warehouse with another 15,000sqm.
